Please make sure that you have the proper equipment to take part in a meet and greet. You must have a compatible device that has a microphone and/or front-facing camera. Henshincon is not responsible for your hardware needs.
No refunds will be given if you miss your video chat session or if you are removed from the video sessions due to inappropriate behavior.
Meet and Greet FAQs
How do I access the online meet and greet?
Once you purchased passes, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. In the email, you’ll get the meet and greet room invite.
Can I ask questions during the meet and greet?
Yes, you can utilize the chat function during the meet and greet to ask questions. Some questions will be selected by the moderators to be asked and aswered. Please do not spam your questions during the stream.
What time does this happen where I live?
We report times in Manila Standard Time PST (GMT+8).

Can I watch the meet and greet after it airs?
We may post some parts of the meet and greet onto our Youtube Channel but not the entire meet and greet.
Can I record the live stream and post it to YouTube or social media?
Due to intellectual property copyright, recordings of the Live Streams are strictly prohibited and cannot be reproduced on YouTube, social media, websites or in any other manner.
Private Video Session FAQ
Will my session be recorded and how do I get my download
All video greeting/photosign video sessions are recorded. A recording of your video session will automatically be available on our Youtube Channel. If in case you need your own copy please notify the management so we can send you a downloadable link of your own video session.
How will I know when the video session is supposed to end?
There is a timer on screen during the Photosign Video/Video Greeting chats that will help you keep time.
Are you able to purchase multiple video sessions during the same session?
If you’re purchasing (2) VIP Package, you can do this! Please note that there is a limit of 3 sessions. We can merge multiple video session into one longer session.
How do I access my video chat?
If you have purchased a VIP Package to avail of Photosign Video/Video Greeting, days prior the event you will be given a link invite to a room where you can have the private video session with the actors. A Henshincon representaive will get in touch with you a days before the event to perform a test video session to make sure you are ready when your turn for the Photosign Video/Video Greeting comes.
Can I share my video session recording on social media?
Yes, you are able to share your own Video Chat recording on social media.
Can I re-schedule the video sessions?
There will be no rescheduling of video sessions. The time frame provided by the management are the only time the artists will be available for video sessions.
Can I send in my own item to be signed?
For the moment we are only offering signed photos produced by the artist. These photos will be signed on the spot during the Photosign Video/Video session.
When will I receive my Autograph?
Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks from the end of the video session date for your autograph to arrive.
Please note that if you live outside of the Philippines, and purchase an autograph with International Shipping, we are not responsible for any additional customs taxes that may occur due to a country’s specific shipping regulations.
